I’m baaack! Sorry for the lack of posts; been on that school/work/motherhood grind. I’m trying to fit a Halloween manicure in tonight so hopefully I’ll have it up just in time!

Chanel - Lotus Rouge

Honestly, I hate putting red on because it gets messy & stains so easily, but this nail polish applied flawlessly. IN LOVE. Seriously. Simple yet classy.

I recorded a simple tutorial on Konad nail stamping, for those who requested one a while back. I may post it later, but here’s the photo for now. The base color is Chanel - Jade Rose, the stamping color is OPI - Midnight in Moscow & the image plate is m71.

This was my first time trying out the half moon manicure. The colors I used were Chanel - Django & OPI - Tickle my France-y (my favorite OPI color)

I guess you can call these my Valentine’s Day nails. When I saw the plate design, I automatically thought of Secondhand Serenade’s Awake.

Gifts from my mom—2 beautiful shades from Chanel (Jade Rose & Django). I’ve been wanting these for sooo long. I just never got around to buying them because I just didn’t feel like spending on them & plus I never really understood what the big deal about Chanel nail polishes were. Last night I tried Jade Rose & wow, it is so beautiful, pictures don’t justify! I’m a sucker for pale pink & nude polishes.

I love dupes! I just can’t see myself spending $30 on a bottle of nail polish so I always try to look dupes, especially when it comes to the Chanel colors. I know that a really close dupe for Chanel’s Jade would be Milani - Dress Maker, but I can’t find one for Chanel’s Jade Rose! I really want that color.

This one that I have on is Barry M’s Dusky Mauve. It looks almost identical to Chanel’s Paradoxal, and I only paid $6 for it. Yay!
