Another one from Nikole’s (Nailing It) franken collection! Pegasus is a gorgeous lilac / grey & it’s perfect. Just perfect. And on my index I have OPI - I Brake for Manicures is a deep, smokey purple (it’s looks black in the photo) & it’s be-a-utiful in person.

I’m not too crazy for bright colors on my nails, but I really have an obsession with nude polishes! I think they’re perfect for any season & I can’t get sick of them.

What I used:

• OPI - Cotton Candy Coney Island - I’ve been wanting to do a swatch with this color for so long, but I never had the patience for it. & when I say patience, I mean that this color goes on sheer…so I have to wait for each layer to dry completely before I can use my nail stamp on it. I used 3 coats on each nail. For shorter nails, it probably wouldn’t need that many coats, but because I hate letting my nails show, I had to put more.
• OPI - Black Onyx - for the nail stamping
• Milani - Jewel FX 531 Gold - for the center of the flowers
• Seche Vite Top Coat
• Image Plate SDP D-09 - I literally spent days looking for this specific image plate. This isn’t by Konad or Bundle Monster. I ordered these from the Netherlands. If you’ve never heard of Dashica Beauty, you MUST check out her webshop. She’s created the most unique & beautiful image plates that I’ve ever seen! She even created “Big” plates that are practically the size of a piece of paper, it’s amazing. You have to contact her to place an order if you’re from the USA..you won’t be disappointed! http://www.dashicabeautyshop.nl/

Polishes & colors I used:

• Forever 21 - “Lavender” I put “” because every time I go to Forever 21, their polishes are labeled differently. I’ll see two totally different polishes with the same name. But this has to be one of my favorite shades from them, I love this purple.

• Nfu Oh #50 - I have an obsession with flakies & this is a new addition to my precious Nfu Oh’s! I wanted a summer color & I thought this mix would be perfect. I’m loving the green / blue flakies!

• OPI “Alpine Snow” - This is the white I used for stamping

• Konad image plate m61 - the floral design

• Seche Vite Top Coat

I recorded a simple tutorial on Konad nail stamping, for those who requested one a while back. I may post it later, but here’s the photo for now. The base color is Chanel - Jade Rose, the stamping color is OPI - Midnight in Moscow & the image plate is m71.

OPI - DS Extravagance: You really have to see this color in the sunlight. The glitters are so shimmery, it’s pretty! I broke my index fingernail, grrr don’t you hate that?

This new MAC nail polish (called “Little Girl”) was a birthday gift from my friend Leslie :) It’s such a pretty lavender cream shade & is perfect for Spring! I used Urban Decay - Meltdown for the stamping. I love floral stuff, can’t ever get sick of it!

Sorry for the lack of posts. I’ve been extremely busy (being a mom of 2 under the age of 2..it really consumes you). I promise I’ll have more nail art instead of just normal nail stamping (but I love nail stamps, don’t you!). If you guys have ANY REQUESTS or specific swatches you’d like to see, please don’t hesitate to let me know!
